From the M25 Junction 7, join the M23 southbound towards Gatwick. Continue onto the A23 south until the exit for Haywards Heath (A272). Take the 4th exit on the roundabout towards Cowfold (A272). At Cowfold, take a left at the roundabout towards Henfield (A281).Continue through Henfield High Street until a roundabout, then take the A2037 to Small Dole. Go through Small Dole to Upper Beeding (near BP garage), turn left at the roundabout and go up the hill 50m - 7thSense is on the right.
